What is RPL?
RPL is an assessment process that assesses an individual’s non-formal and informal learning to determine the extent to which that individual has achieved the required learning outcomes, competency outcomes, or standards for entry to, and/or partial or total completion of, a qualification.
You must be currently employed in, or have authorised access to an operational drilling team while undertaking the Recognition of prior Learning process.
Unique situations may call for gap training to occur. Options for completing training can be discussed between the assessor and student. As part of the RPL assessment process, the assessor may determine training is required in one or more units to achieve the whole qualification.
